• A valid credit/debit card or bank transfer may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may be subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
• We reserve the right to modify rates, packages, or offers at any time without prior notice.

• Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid photo ID or passport at the time of check-in.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Guests are expected to:
• Maintain respectful behavior toward other guests and staff.
• Take reasonable care of hotel property and facilities.
• Avoid activities that may disturb others or damage property.

Any damage caused to property or equipment will be charged to the guest’s account.
