Cancellation Policy

Amendments and Cancellations

While every effort will be made to provide all travel arrangements and hotel reservations as confirmed, Seahorse Hotel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to bookings when necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to you promptly.

General Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be notified in writing at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the following cancellation charges:

  • 7 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee.
  • Within 6 days of arrival, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

The Management reserves the right to levy the applicable cancellation charges in accordance with the above policy.

Cancellation Policy for Amended Bookings

Where a reservation has been amended, the applicable cancellation policy shall be calculated based on the original arrival date rather than the amended arrival date.

If the arrival date is postponed or extended, the cancellation period will continue to be measured from the original booking date. Likewise, if the arrival date is brought forward, the cancellation policy will remain applicable based on the original reservation terms.
